"The way you sit is the way your horse moves" is what this training is all about. Roos Dyson (who got voted "Dutch instructor of the year" with this method in 2022) guides you through the proces of learning how to analyse and improve your position, balance, and movements. After this training you can guide your horse to a healthy and beautiful way of moving, no matter what your level or experience is .right now.
The content is a variety of theory (written and video's) and exercises to turn knowledge into actions. The exercises on the ground are to get to know your own body and gain awareness, as your own body is the most important 'tool' for training your horse. The exercises in the saddle are made to allow your horse(s) maximum freedom of movement under your saddle, to develop the right feeling, and to use your seat and movements to guide your horse to valuable improvements and an invisble way of communication.
As a bonus, you can watch lessons of 4 various riders who get instructions from Roos. These riders are a 60-year old dressage- and eventingrider, a 26 year old international jumping rider, a 16 year old novice rider and a 16 year old natural horsemanship rider (bitless).
All the ingredients of this training lead to a huge boost of your knowledge, insights and skills that make you distinctive as a rider or teacher.
